How do I place my order?

To place your order, follow these steps :

  1. Browse through our wide catalog of products until you find something you like, choose the relevant size (if you are not sure of the size, refer the size chart to find the correct size) and click on the ‘Add to cart’ button (you are eligible to add multiple products in your cart).
  2. ‘Shopping cart’, you can either choose to continue shopping or confirm the order.
  3. Once the Shopping cart is all set, proceed to checkout, submit your shipping address, select the desired payment process and confirm your order.

How will I get confirmation that my Order is placed successfully?

We’ll send an email and SMS with your order information to confirm. Sit back, relax and wait for your awesome products to arrive.

I paid online for my order. The order was not successful but my money got deducted. What really happened to my money?

  1. Please check your bank/credit card account to first ensure if your account has been debited. If your account has been debited after a payment failure, it is normally rolled back by banks within 7 business days.
  2. For assistance you can write to us at theinfiniteculture01@gmail.com, we will be happy to help you out.

How should I check the status of my Order?

  1. If you have a user account and were logged in while you placed your order, rest assured you can track the status of your order in your theinfiniteculture.com  account.
  2. Once your order is placed, we will send you confirmation of your order details over email . Again, once we dispatch your shipment you will be notified via SMS. In case of any unusual event which delays your order, you would receive a special update from our end.
  3. If you still have apprehensions, write to us at theinfiniteculture01@gmail.com, and your issue will be addressed.

How do I return my product?

You can return your product just fill the form in contact us section.

We accept returns within 15 days of the order. Please ensure while returning the product the packaging is intact the way it was delivered.

We will arrange a pick-up within 2-3 days of your request.

There are certain areas where we cannot provide a pick-up service. However, you can self-ship your product through any courier service, preferably Speed Post.

How do I self-ship my order?

You can self-ship your product through
any courier service, preferably Speed-Post, to the address below.

Important Note:

1.    Please mention in bold
the order ID of each of the shipments in the return package on the cover.

2.    Please write the
phrase ‘SELF SHIP’ on the cover of the package.

Courier charge refund:  70/- for shipment
weighing up to 500gm courier charges will be deducted.

For every next 500gm slab, an additional
amount of Rs.70/- courier charges will be deducted.

Can I exchange my product?

We do not have an exchange policy. Please place a return request by clicking on the return button available next to the order id number in the My Order section.

How will I get my refund?

Once the order has been picked up, the refund will be initiated to your selected mode within 12-15 working days from the date your order is picked, subject to your returns passing the quality check.

 

       Refund may take 5 to 7 working days.

Payments

I made an online payment for my order. The order was not successful but my money got deducted. What really happened to my money?

1.Please confirm if the information you’ve provided is correct i.e. account details, billing address, and password (for Net Banking); and that your internet connection wasn’t disrupted during the process.

2.Please check your bank/credit card account to first ensure if your account has been debited. If your account has been debited after a payment failure,  it is normally rolled back to your bank account within 10 business days. For any further clarification, you can email us at theinfiniteculture01@gmail.com.

Is it safe to shop online if I make payment using net banking, Debit card or Credit Card or Wallet?

Are there any hidden charges?

There are absolutely no hidden charges.  You pay only the amount that you see in your order summary.

What is the delivery time period?

3-10 days for any  products.

Who does the delivery?

We have tie-ups with reputed courier companies, so your orders will be delivered to your doorstep

What happens when the delivery guy messes up?

All orders will be delivered in fully sealed packages to protect your goods and ensure that they reach you in perfect condition. If you have any complaints, shoot an email to us at theinfiniteculture01@gmail.com

Do you apply any shipping charges?

We offer free shipping all across INDIA for all orders.

How do I reset my account password?

You can click on the ‘Forgot Password’ option when logging in, and the password reset link will be sent to you via email.

How do I modify an existing order?

Sorry you can’t modify your order, but you can cancel it and place a fresh one.

How do I use my promo code?

At the checkout page apply your coupon code in the “Have a coupon" section at the top of the page

Will Theinfiniteculture.com Employee ask for my Confidential Information?

Theinfiniteculture.com employees will never ask for your credentials like The infinite culture password, OTP, Credit/Debit card expiry and CVV or any other confidential information except for your name, address, e-mail id and mobile number.

I liked a product, but can't find it now. When will it be back?

Unfortunately, the product you’re looking for is likely out of stock. However, you can keep checking if it comes back in stock (some designs do come back occasionally).
